What happens if I cancel my Paid membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. You will retain full premium access until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). When that cycle ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free membership. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds.
Can the support chat bot answer my philosophical questions?

How do I submit my N.D.E. Story to Awareology?
We provide a convenient form to you to fill out. First, you must have your story (Either in written or video format) hosted on your own platform such as your Google drive, Microsoft's One Drive, Dropbox or iCloud...etc. Then you can go to our convenient form and fill out all of the questions. There will be a place on the form to put in your shared link to your story. The story in either format (written or video) must be shared publicly so that everyone in the members group can get access to it.
